The Leaves Are Falling—Think Summer Program

It’s fall, and your Summer Program Director should be getting to work to prepare for your next dynamic program in 2013. After all, your summer program serves a variety of purposes, from community outreach to student recruitment. It is also a generator of hard income to support your mission.

While it’s true your summer program only lasts a few weeks, you need to make sure your Summer Program Director is on board and supported year-round for your program to be effective and profitable.
